"This eulogistic inscription describes in a general way, the four kings of the Gaṅga dynasty, beginning with Choḍagaṅga, then his son Anaṅgabhīma II, his son Rajendra and his son Anaṅgabhīma III. It records the erection of a temple of Kāmāntaka (Śiva) by the minister of Anaṅgabhīma III named Viṣṇu along with his other glorious achievements. He is stated to have ceremonially given away the great Tulāpuruṣa gift on the seashore near the sacred seat of Purushottama. Besides, he fought against the king of Tummana and the muslim ruler.
