Inscription in Sanskrit, Proto-Nagari.
"This fragmentary inscription written in verses, is an eulogy of the Gaṅga kings, especially of Gaṅgeśvara (Anantavarman Choḍagaṅga). It seems to indicate about the construction of a Śiva temple in the sacred Ekāmra-Kshetra, by one of the rulers of the Gaṅga dynasty." [Orissa State]
